Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026. These terms form the service agreement between the VPNTd subscription service and its users. By creating an account or purchasing any plan, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to everything below.
1. Service Scope and Coverage
VPNTd provides a cross-border network acceleration subscription service for accessing international websites and connecting to services hosted outside China. The service runs on an access network covering 100+ countries / 180+ routes, with client apps for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Monthly plans come in three tiers: ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Data resets on the same day each month based on your activation date; mid-cycle upgrades convert the price difference into extra days. There are also pay-as-you-go data packs that never expire (¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, ¥658/3000GB). Payment methods are Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT.
The service scope is defined by the route list visible in your account and the features of the client apps. The regional distribution, types, and available list of routes may be adjusted as network conditions change; adjustments are synced through client subscription updates without separate notice.
2. Account and Subscription Rules
Signing up requires no email address — just a username and password. Users should keep their account credentials safe. Data usage or account issues caused by leaked credentials are the responsibility of the account holder; if you discover a leak, change your password and reset your subscription link immediately.
A single account allows unlimited simultaneous devices, for use on your own personal devices only. Selling, renting, sharing, or otherwise transferring your account, subscription link, or plan benefits to others is prohibited, as is using the service to resell proxy access, redistribute connectivity, or offer commercial access. Accounts found doing any of the above may have their subscription suspended or the service terminated, with no refund of remaining fees.
Plan data is an access data allowance: it has no cash value and cannot be transferred. Unused monthly data is cleared when the subscription lapses without renewal; data pack allowances never expire while the account remains active.
3. Acceptable Use
Users must comply with the laws and regulations of the jurisdiction where their account is registered, where they are located, and of any service they access. The service is for lawful use only. Using it for any illegal activity is prohibited, including but not limited to attacks, intrusion, distributing unlawful information, infringing others' intellectual property, or any other violation of local law.
The usage rules, content policies, and regional restrictions of third-party websites and online services accessed through this service are set by those providers and are unrelated to VPNTd. Users are responsible for reviewing and following each third-party platform's terms of service.
4. Service Availability and Liability
The service is continuously maintained for route quality and connection stability, but cross-border links are subject to international network routing, carrier policies, and force majeure, so no guarantee can be made of uninterrupted availability on any specific route at any specific time. Connection fluctuations or outages caused by these external factors do not constitute a breach of the service.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is not liable for indirect losses arising from route adjustments, system maintenance, third-party network failures, or the user's own network environment. Maintenance and incident information is published via on-site announcements or client notifications.
User data is handled within the scope described in the Privacy Policy, and browsing activity is not logged. That policy forms part of these terms and carries the same force.
5. Refund Terms
A full refund for any reason is available within 60 days of your first payment. Requests are submitted through the on-site ticket system, and the outcome is communicated in the ticket reply. Refunds are returned via the original payment channel; orders paid in USDT are refunded at the equivalent amount at the time of payment.
Accounts in the following situations may still request a refund within 60 days of first payment, but the service reserves the right to terminate accounts that seriously violate the rules in Sections 2 or 3: using the account for illegal activity, reselling or sharing subscription benefits, or maliciously attacking or abusing the service.
6. Account Termination and Changes to These Terms
You may stop renewing and deactivate your account at any time. If an account is terminated for violating these terms, paid fees are not refunded.
The service may update these terms as operational and compliance needs require, with a new last-updated date noted on this page. If you continue using the service after changes take effect, you are deemed to accept the revised terms; if you do not accept them, you may stop renewing before your subscription expires.
