This policy explains what information VPNTd ("the Service") collects, why it is collected, how long it is retained, and how it can be deleted. It applies to all pages of this site and to the user panel. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

The Service collects only the information necessary to operate your subscription, as follows:

• Account information: Registration requires only a username and password — no email address is needed. The username is used for login identification, and the password is stored only as a hash; the Service never keeps plaintext passwords.
• Order records: Records of monthly subscription purchases, data pack purchases, and plan upgrades, including order amounts, activation times, and remaining data. These are used to activate the service, reset data allowances on the activation date, and process refund requests.
• Usage statistics: Aggregated page-view statistics for this site, used to understand how each page is used and to improve the service. These are aggregate counts and are not linked to any individual account's browsing activity.

2. No-Logs Stance

The Service does not record which websites you visit through the acceleration routes, does not record the contents of your communications, and does not retain connection logs such as destination addresses, domains, or access times. At the route level, only the technical parameters needed to establish a session are maintained, and they are discarded once the session ends. Transmissions are encrypted, and the Service neither views nor stores the plaintext contents of communications. Under these practices, the Service cannot reconstruct any user's browsing history during their subscription period from existing data.

3> Cookies and Local Storage

This site uses a small number of cookies and browser local storage, limited to: keeping you logged in to the user panel and remembering your language preference. Login credentials are stored in your browser's local storage and can be removed by logging out or clearing your browser data. This site does not use cross-site tracking cookies and does not share browsing data with third-party advertising platforms.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by third-party payment channels corresponding to Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Payment account details and bank card information are verified and held by the payment channels themselves; the Service never touches or stores such information. The order system retains only payment results and order amounts, used for reconciliation, issuing receipts, and honoring the refund commitment of a full, no-questions-asked refund within 60 days of your first payment.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Account credentials and order records are retained until the account is closed. You may submit a data deletion request at any time through the ticket system in the user panel; after verifying account ownership, the Service deletes the corresponding account data. Order records for completed refunds are retained for the period required for financial reconciliation and then deleted. Usage statistics are aggregate data not tied to any individual and cannot be deleted separately.

6. Policy Updates

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page along with a revised "Last updated" date at the top. For major changes to the scope of collection or retention periods, advance notice will be given via announcements in the user panel. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated version. If you have questions about this policy, you can raise them through the ticket system in the user panel.
